Trex Transcend rail kits are the composite ones, colour matched to Transcend decking rather than approximated, so rail and surface read as one deck.
A complete kit carries the top and bottom rail, the brackets and the balusters. Posts, sleeves and caps are ordered separately, which is the commonest thing left off a railing order.
