3. Use of Our Store

By using our online store, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

We reserve the right to cancel orders and restrict access to any user who violates these Terms.

4. Pricing & Taxes

Pricing

We make every effort to ensure all pricing on our store is accurate and up to date. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order provided it has not yet been shipped or fulfilled. A full refund will be issued with no restocking fee in such cases.

Taxes

Orders shipped within Illinois and Wisconsin are subject to applicable sales tax. Orders shipped to all other U.S. states are tax-free. Tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination.

Promotions

Free shipping on small package orders over $100 and any other promotions displayed on our store are subject to change at any time without notice. Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

5. Payment

All orders require payment in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer deposits or partial payments. Payments are processed securely through PayPal and Stripe. We do not store, collect, or have access to your credit card or banking details. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. The following conditions apply:

Standard orders not yet shipped: Full refund, no restocking fee
Special orders not yet placed with the supplier: Full refund, no restocking fee - contact us immediately as special orders are placed promptly
Special orders already placed with the supplier: May not be cancellable - special order items are non-refundable once ordered
Orders already shipped: Cannot be cancelled - please refer to our Returns policy in Section 7

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, or if the lead time extends beyond what was originally communicated and your order has not yet shipped, you are entitled to a full refund with no restocking fee.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns Due to Our Error

If you received an incorrect item as a result of our error, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover all return shipping costs. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Contact us with your order number and details so we can assess the return and provide return instructions. Refunds are typically processed within two weeks of us receiving the returned item.

Returns Due to Customer Error

If you ordered the wrong item or wish to return a product for any reason other than our error, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following:

Items must be unopened and in original, undamaged packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
Special order items are non-refundable under any circumstances

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Special order items (any item ordered specifically for you that is not standard stock)
Items that have been opened, installed, cut, or altered in any way
Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable. Once an order has left our facility, shipping fees will not be refunded regardless of the reason for return. If a return is due to our error and the order has not yet shipped, any shipping fees paid will be refunded in full.

Key points:

We ship to any address in the United States via UPS for standard shipments and LTL freight carriers (XPO, R+L, and others) for larger orders
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on dimensional size and weight
Estimated delivery dates are estimates only - we are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control
We are not responsible for damage occurring during transit by third-party carriers - damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier
Local deliveries within our service area are made using our own vehicles and are subject to inspection and customer signature upon delivery

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our store - including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and pricing - is the property of Premium Decking Supply, Inc. or its respective brand partners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, scrape, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

Third-party brand names and product imagery (Trex, TimberTech, Fiberon, Deckorators, Wolf, Envision, and others) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Premium Decking Supply, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our store, including but not limited to product delays, carrier damage, pricing errors, or unavailability of items. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Products sold through our store may carry manufacturer warranties. Any such warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms. Premium Decking Supply, Inc. makes no independent warranties beyond what is expressly stated by the manufacturer. Our store is provided "as is" without any additional warranty of any kind.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. Your continued use of our store after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
