Trex Aluminum Railing
Trex aluminum railing buys you sightlines. Posts and rails are slimmer than composite, so you lose less of the view, and powder-coated aluminum needs nothing beyond an occasional wash.
Posts are a 2-1/2" square profile, in level heights for 36" and 42" guards plus a long stair post cut on site. Which guard height applies is a local code question. The post is the structure, so there is no sleeve and no timber post underneath.
