What shipping services do you offer?

We use UPS as our carrier for shipping products.

Small items (under 25lbs) are eligible for free shipping at a cart total of $100.

Free shipping is eligible for a cart totaling more than $500.

Why do I need to put in an email address when using guest checkout?

BigCommerce requires to have a customer put in an email address to help with shipping. Guest shopping is there so a customer can make a purchase without needing to create an account.

What is your company's shipping policy?

We ship to any address in the United States of America via UPS.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are primarily based on dimensional size over weight-based. The size and weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

What is your company's return policy?

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item) you may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request.
